Student Job (f/m/x) in Innovation Management - Administration Support (25h/week)
The Innovation Management department is looking for a Student Support starting from January 2026 onwards.
Innovation Management is working at the pulse of the latest innovation activities of Raiffeisen Bank International. Our goal is to help RBI to systematically innovate on how we do business today and leverage opportunities that create the business of tomorrow.

Your role within our team:
- Handle different administrative activities for the Innovation Management department, like meeting scheduling, e-mail correspondence, etc.
- Support the Head of Innovation Management and learn from her (e.g., manage her calendar to ensure it is up to date and accurate)
- Oversee Office Management (event supplies and equipment availability, etc.)
- Support internal budgeting, accounting, and procurement activities
- Interact with multiple stakeholders involved in department activities, including Network Banks, Business Lines, IT delivery, Procurement, etc.
- Support organization of the Innovation Events and team-building activities
- Gain insights about the latest innovation initiatives & programs within the Head Office and CEE (Central and Eastern Europe) Network Banks
- Experience and learn different Innovation management tools & approaches
What you bring with you:
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate/graduate/postgraduate university program
- Fluency in both written & spoken English is a must, CEE language and/or German is a benefit
- Interest and ideally, first working experiences in office administration / event management and/or innovation
- Experienced in working with Microsoft Suite (SharePoint, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint, etc.)
- Basic understanding of financial processes e.g., budgeting and forecasting, cost controlling and accounting
- Organizational talent with hands-on and service-oriented mentality
- Creative, independent, and flexible working style
- Proactive team-player with strong collaborative skills
