Your role with us on the team

Organizing and coordinating meetings and events
Overviewing e-mail/telephone correspondence
Make sure conference rooms and meeting rooms are prepared and well maintained at all times
Handling different administrative activities (reimbursement, travel management, order stationary, …)
Support in onboarding/offboarding of newcomers and consultants

Your written and oral German and English skills are very good
