Your role with us on the team
 

  • Organizing and coordinating meetings and events
  • Overviewing e-mail/telephone correspondence
  • Make sure conference rooms and meeting rooms are prepared and well maintained at all times
  • Handling different administrative activities (reimbursement, travel management, order stationary, …)
  • Support in onboarding/offboarding of newcomers and consultants

  • You are an active student at a university or university of applied science
  • You feel confident working with MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Your written and oral German and English skills are very good
  • You are pro-active, enthusiastic and communicative
  • Your problem-solving skills make you stand out
