Your Role:

As a Student Support, you will play a key role in supporting our international payments team, gaining valuable hands-on experience at the intersection of IT and business while contributing to the delivery of seamless payment solutions within RBI.

At a glance:

• Start: as soon as possible
• Working hours: 25h/week
• Location: 1030 Vienna

What You Will Do:

• Collaborate in an agile environment, gaining practical insights into IT systems and business processes
• Support in daily operations and including service management tasks such as user requests and cost management
• Assist in implementing regulatory requirements and innovation projects
• Prepare production support documentation for internal and regulatory inspections and end-user support
• Contribute to process optimization and automation initiatives, including the use of AI tools
• Learn about IT systems in an international banking context
• Experience agile working methods firsthand (Scrum, Kanban)
• Work closely with colleagues across Austria and Central and Eastern Europe (CEE)

What We Expect from You:

• Currently enrolled in a university program related to business or IT
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex structures
• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel
• Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) is a plus
• Open-minded and eager to work in an agile, collaborative environment bridging IT and business
• Innovative mindset with a passion for learning and teamwork
• Good command of German and English
• Excellent communication skills to engage with various internal and external stakeholders
• Curiosity to explore new processes and tools in the international payments domain
