Student Support (f/m/x) - AI Change Management Stream (25h/week)
Organizational Development Change Management and Internal Communications is working at the pulse of the latest innovation & transformation activities of Raiffeisen Bank International AG. We drive RBIs transformation process towards its vision, mission and values and ensure the fit of the organizations’ setup and culture to its strategy and needs for agility and innovation. With the AI Transformation, Change Management is at the heart of this journey, fostering AI literacy and deepening company-wide adoption. Join us and actively contribute to the AI Change Management Stream, which is critical for embedding AI into our culture and operations.
We are looking for active students (f/m/x) to join us as soon as possible.
At a glance:

What you can expect:
- Gain insights into RBI’s latest transformation and innovation activities
- Actively support a group-wide AI change management project, learning about transformation procedures and structures
- Apply and practice agile and innovation management tools and approaches
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Business Lines, IT, Operations, HR, and Network Units
- Support the implementation of the AI Change Management strategy
Assist in planning and executing change initiatives, including:
- Large-scale events in Vienna and with Network Banks
- Communication campaigns
- Learning journeys
- Prepare, facilitate, and document workshops, meetings, and events
- Contribute to knowledge management content and change management toolkits
- Prepare high-level stakeholder presentations and support engagement with leaders and AI pioneers
- Draft concept notes and white papers
- Take ownership of workstreams or small projects, depending on your maturity
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, coordination, and progress tracking
What you bring to the table:
- Currently enrolled in a graduate/postgraduate program with focus on organizational development, change management, innovation, digital transformation, consulting, finance, project controlling, strategic management, psychology, systemic thinking and/or innovation background is very welcome
- Interest in AI adoption and transformation topics; prior work exposure to project/change management is a plus
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to work independently and proactively
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office (advanced PowerPoint, Excel), collaboration tools (Miro), and willingness to learn new platforms
- Fluency in English; German and additional CEE languages are an advantage
