Student Support (f/m/x) - Digital Channels & Conversational AI (20-25 hours/week)
Our team designs and delivers digital banking experiences used by customers across Central and Eastern Europe. We combine mobile features with conversational AI to make customer interactions with the bank simpler, smarter, and more integrated across digital channels.
We build selected group-wide features in-house and support their rollout to our network banks in the CEE region. As Student Support, you will help us coordinate delivery, structure knowledge and communication, and bring AI-enabled improvements into our daily way of working.
This role gives you practical exposure to multinational digital product delivery, distributed teams, stakeholder communication, and the way dependencies are managed across countries, platforms, and business areas.

Your role with us on the team
- Support the team in day-to-day delivery management across distributed teams and countries
- Help structure and maintain our knowledge base and communication platforms for internal and external stakeholders
- Work with tools such as Jira, Confluence, GitHub, and Microsoft Office
- Support the hands-on use of AI tools to automate recurring tasks and improve internal processes
- Help prepare workshops, team events, stakeholder meetings, and follow-up materials
- Contribute to clear communication across different teams within RBI Group
- Join a cross-functional, multicultural team working on digital channels and conversational AI
- Bring in your own ideas on how we can improve collaboration, transparency, and efficiency
This job is made for you, if…
- You are an active student in IT, Business Administration, or a related field
- You are interested in digital/mobile banking, AI, digital product delivery, and working in an international environment
- You already use AI tools to improve your own work and want to bring this mindset into a corporate setting
- You have very good Microsoft Office skills and are comfortable learning new tools and applications
- You enjoy structuring information, improving processes, and making collaboration easier
- You communicate clearly in English and enjoy working with different stakeholders
- You are proactive, reliable, and able to work independently while staying connected to the team
- You bring curiosity, ownership, and a positive attitude to a dynamic team environment.
