Student Support (f/m/x) - Internal Controls Team - Archer GRC Tool (20 - 25 h/week)
The Internal Controls Team is part of the Non-Financial Risk (NFR) tribe and is responsible for implementing an Internal Control System (ICS) framework to ensure an effective control environment within the organization. To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for a Student Support (f/m/x).
What you can expect:
- Support the operational implementation of the Internal Control System (ICS) framework with a focus on Archer, the Group GRC IT tool used by stakeholders from all three lines of defense
- Collaborate with different stakeholders to continuously develop and improve Archer, ensuring the tool becomes more efficient and user-friendly
- Work closely with the Product Owner and stakeholders, assisting in ticket follow-ups with the developer team, clarifying questions, taking notes, creating tickets, and writing user stories
- Support the management of user access rights, data quality maintenance, and regular data handling tasks such as data migration, extraction, and analysis
- Assist in ongoing management activities (e.g. status reporting, monitoring, follow-ups)
- Learn and work in an agile environment, contributing to the ongoing evolution of the Archer tool
- Support the preparation and aggregation of reports for senior management and related committees
- Ad-hoc support for the ICS steering function within RBI Group, working with Network Banks and Austrian Subsidiaries
What you bring to the table:
- Ongoing studies at a university or university of applied science - preferably Finance, Risk Management or STEM
- First experience or interest in operational risk management, product development, data handling, or a similar field
- Fluency in written/spoken English and German
- Proficiency in MS Office 365 applications: Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Proficiency in computer applications, with first experience in data analysis (Python or R)
- Familiarity with SharePoint, Teams, Jira, and Power BI is a plus, but not mandatory
- First experiance in data analytics
- An inquisitive mindset, high initiative, and results-oriented attitude
- Good time management and task prioritization skill
