We are looking for a student (f/m/x) to support the Project Desk team (20-25 hours/week).

What you can expect within the Project Desk Team:
- Support in facilitation of processes in CIB Client Management Division (Process Documentation and Visualisation)
- Support in execution of diverse customer related projects (Data crunching and internal communication)
- Support to Corporate and Institutional Relationship Managers and the Client Management Team (retrieving data from internal systems and structuring it accordingly)
- Support in answering of Compliance/Audit and Regulatory driven requests (preparation of data and collection of inputs within the CIB Client Management Division)
- General office support (document archiving, updates into the knowledge sharing database, preparation of presentations etc.)
- Create automated cloud MS Flows with MS Power Automate for various tasks (involving Outlook, Forms, SharePoint, etc.)
- Maintain existing MS Flows and fix arising issues
- Maintain existing Power BI reports and build new ones
- Database input and maintenance
- Insights into an agile team
What you bring to the table:
- Active studies in Business, Economics or Business Informatics
- Excellent command of English, intermediate level of German required; Russian or another CEE language is a plus
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) and other Office products (PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.)
- Advanced knowledge of Power Automate
- Basic knowledge of Power BI
- Proactivity, analytical thinking, and creative problem solving
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment
