Here’s what you’ll be responsible for:

  • Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases: Design detailed test plans and cases that cover functional requirements, edge cases, and potential failure points.

  • Identify, document, and track software defects: Use bug tracking tools to log issues, prioritize them based on severity, and monitor their resolution. Provide clear descriptions and steps to reproduce defects for the development team.

  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders: Participate in regular meetings and discussions, translate business needs into technical testing criteria, and work closely with team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices: Stay updated on IAM industry standards, integrate best practices into the testing process, and ensure that our IDM solution meets all necessary compliance requirements.

  • Automate testing processes where feasible to enhance efficiency and coverage: Identify repetitive testing tasks that can be automated, develop or adapt automation scripts, and integrate automated tests into the continuous integration pipeline to increase coverage and reduce manual effort.

Your core competencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a Test Engineer, with a preference for IDM solutions (particularly OneIdentity-based).

  • Strong understanding of IAM concepts, workflows, and security principles.

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks is advantageous.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

  • Highly self-motivated and committed to staying updated with the latest IAM trends and technologies, continuously enhancing skills, taking on new responsibilities, and driving both personal and professional growth.
