Venture Builder (f/m/x)

As a Venture Builder, you will create, validate, and launch new business ideas inside the company. You will identify promising business ideas and work in a team to design and test these concepts. Suppose desirability, feasibility, and viability are proven, you will have the exciting opportunity to develop and grow the new business ideas, either within an existing business line or as a new spin-out venture. Embrace your entrepreneurial spirit as you actively engage in building and scaling multiple new business ideas simultaneously, driving growth and success from the ground up. 

Your Mission at RBI

• Work in a cross-functional team of professional innovators to identify, develop, and test 
• business ideas with high growth potential in strategically defined areas. 
• Design new business models (incl. business plans, financial models, and go-to-market strategies) and validate them through evidence-based experiments (prototypes)to mitigate innovation risk. 
• Conduct in-depth customer interviews and qualitative research to uncover unmet needs, pain points, and early signals of customer demand. 
• Drive customer acquisition, product development, and/or market expansion. 
• Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to ensure growth and expected profitability. 
• Build strategic partnerships and networks to support the new business success, both internally and externally.
• Continuously evaluate market trends and contribute to the development of the innovation strategy process. 

Your Core Competencies

• University degree in Business, Entrepreneurship, or a related discipline. 
• Demonstrated success in validating, building, or scaling new ventures or startups. 
• Strong analytical and financial skills, capable of crafting business plans and models, synthesizing insights, articulating market value propositions and designing innovative experiments.
• Exceptional problem-solving, strategic decision-making, and communication and negotiation abilities, with a track record of successful initial customers engagement.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with independent initiative, resilience, and adaptability to evolving conditions.
• Collaborative team player who supports positive team dynamics. 
• Fluency in English; proficiency in German, and/or a CEE language is beneficial.
