Web Content Delivery Manager (f/m/x)
Raiffeisen Bank International is seeking a motivated CMS Author to join our dynamic content team. This role focuses on creating, managing, and optimizing content across our digital platforms using a Content Management System (CMS).
Your mission at RBI:
- Content Strategy and Management:

Develop and implement content strategies for websites.

Create, edit, and proofread web content, including blog posts, articles, landing pages, and product descriptions.

Conduct regular content audits to ensure all web content is up-to-date and accurate.

Use content management systems (CMS) to publish and organize content.

Stay current with industry trends and best practices in content management and SEO (together with our experts).

- Collaboration and Optimization:

Collaborate with designers, developers, and marketing professionals to ensure content is optimized for user experience and SEO.

Ensure content is aligned with brand guidelines and SEO best practices.

Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary information and assets for content creation.

- Performance Monitoring:

Monitor website traffic and user engagement metrics to suggest content improvements.

Generate reports on key metrics and provide insights for content optimization.

Make data-driven recommendations to improve content effectiveness and user engagement.

Your core competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Web Content Manager or similar role.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Familiarity with content management systems (Adobe Experience Manager).
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and web traffic metrics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Adobe Experience Manager.
- Knowledge and understanding of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Graphic design skills or experience with design tools (e.g., Figma).
