Data Analyst (f/m/x)
We are currently seeking a proactive, and collaborative Senior Data Analyst to join our dynamic and motivated team. We work within an agile framework, participating in sprints, stand-ups, and other agile ceremonies, due to the close collaboration with several IT departments.
As first Tribe in Raiffeisen Capital Management we establish effective communication and a good working relationship with several stakeholders within the Raiffeisen Bank International Group.
You will help us understand the requirements and their feasability as well as the management of the stakeholders with all the requests. Additionally you will be in charge of structuring and analyzing all the data and drive independent initiatives to improve the way of working as well as data quality.
Your role:
- Collaborate and communicate with tech and non-tech stakeholders to understand and document their data requirements
- Identify data sources, analyse data, and determine the best ways to display it and make sure that they are accessible and meet accessibility standards
- Work closely with the legal and compliance teams to ensure all displayed data adheres to legal standards and regulations
- Ensure seamless data integration with understanding of web technologies, particularly front-end stacks
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of business requirements, data analysis processes, and project progress
- Ensure data accuracy and quality as well as driving initiatives to improve it continously
Your core competencies:
- Proven track record in business analysis with a focus on data analytics or a similar field
- Basic understanding of web development concepts such as HTML, CSS or JavaScript
- Expertise in data infrastructure and modeling as well as analyzing
- Experience working in an agile environment as well as Jira and Confluence
- Sound German and English skills for stakeholder communication (min. B2 level)
Nice to have:
- Experience with CMS tools such as Storyblok and Adobe Experience Manager
- Experience with MicroStrategy for data analysis and visualization
- Understanding of components, frameworks and debugging tools
