Professional Compliance Officer (f/m/x)

Your role at Raiffeisen KAG:
- Support compliance with legal and internal guidelines (AML/CFT, Financial Sanctions, FATCA/CRS, Market Abuse Prevention, Governance, etc.)
- Help steer the strategic compliance of asset management companies (AMCs) of RKAG and RBI Group in the CEE region
- Handle compliance inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders
- Analyse regulatory developments at Austrian, EU and international levels
- Contribute to creating internal compliance guidelines and support compliance training courses
- Prepare reports and analyses, and conduct compliance audits
- Evaluate compliance risks and ensure audit readiness
- Collaborate within the international environment of Raiffeisen Bank International AG
Your core competencies:
- University degree in law, economics or a related field - or equivalent professional experience in the financial industry
- Up to 3 years experience in compliance, consultancy, or at a regulatory authority
- Knowledge of Austrian and European capital market regulations (InvFG 2011, AIFMG, MiFID II, FM-GwG, European supervisory architecture, etc.) is an advantage
- High level of English proficiency; German and CEE/SEE languages, (especially Bosnian-Croatian-Serbian) are a plus
- Keen interest in capital markets and their regulatory landscape
- Strong sense of accountability and eagerness to learn
- Curiosity about process design and efficiency improvements
- Advanced MS Office skills

Competitive salary: In accordance with Austrian legal requirements, the minimum salary for this position is EUR 2981,98 gross per month under the applicable Banking Collective Agreement. The actual salary is typically higher and will be determined individually based on your qualifications, professional experience, and the specific requirements of the role.
