Professional/Senior Compliance Officer (f/m/x)

Your role at Raiffeisen KAG:
- Ensure compliance with and implementation of legal and internal compliance guidelines (AML/CFT, Financial Sanctions, FATCA/CRS, Market Abuse Prevention, Governance, etc.)
- Take responsibility for the strategic compliance steering of asset management companies (AMCs) of RKAG and RBI Group in the CEE region
- Be the contact for compliance issues, handling compliance inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders
- Analyse regulatory developments at the Austrian, EU and international levels
- Contribute to the creation of internal compliance guidelines and support the preparation and implementation of compliance training courses
- Prepare reports and analyses, and conduct compliance audits
- Evaluate compliance risks and ensure audit readiness
- Collaborate within the international environment of Raiffeisen Bank International AG Group in national or international working groups
Your core competencies:
- University degree in law, economics or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in the financial industry
- Experience in compliance, consultancy, or at a financial market regulatory authority
- Knowledge and prior experience in dealing with the relevant capital market regulations & requirements at Austrian and European level (InvFG 2011, AIFMG, MiFID II, FM-GwG, European supervisory architecture, etc.) is of advantage
- Keen interest in capital markets and their regulatory landscape
- Strong sense of accountability
- Curiosity about process design, with experience or aptitude for automation and efficiency improvements
- Advanced MS Office skills
- High level of English proficiency; German and CEE/SEE languages are of advantage
