Student Job (f/m/x) - Controlling (25 h/week)
The RCM Controlling/Finance team is responsible for all relevant financial topics (controlling, accounting, tax) & financial steering within RCM and its subsidiaries, i.e. reporting of financial performance to all relevant internal and external stakeholders etc. In addition, we are also providing financial figures and steering impulses for all the asset management companies within the RBI network.

Your role with us on the team
- Contributing to building new reports and analysis, as well as preparing PowerPoint presentations with the team
- Supporting monthly business line reporting, including analyzing current trends and developments
- Providing support in reporting for Austrian subsidiaries
- Working together with IT experts to support the further development of existing management information systems (e.g., Power BI, QlikSense), as well as actively participating in the development of new dashboards, reports, and more
- Offering support in steering financial data delivery for Austrian and CEE units
- Contributing to running strategic projects for the RCM Group
We are looking for someone who
- Is actively studying at a university or a technical college (preferably in the field of economics, finance, mathematics, etc.)
- Is fluent in English a solid knowledge of German (other CEE language would be an advantage)
- Has a certain level of business understanding and a high affinity for data
- Has some work experience, ideally in dealing with data delivery, databases, management reporting tools, financial reporting and accounting topics
- Has high level of proficiency in MS Office, especially in advanced Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint programs
- Works in a precise and structured manner
- Enjoys developing their skills and knowledge
- Is interested in financial services products, specifically in investment funds
