AI Developer (f/m/x)
Our team develops and supports the AI solutions (data products, data solutions) of the Austrian subsidiaries of the Raiffeisen Bank International Group.
We aim to deliver the "Best in Class AI and data Solutions" and rely on innovative cloud technologies to do so.
We have already achieved initial successes on the path to cloudification of our products. We want to build on these successes and implement further solutions for all customer groups with end-to-end responsibility.
Your mission:

New development of AI solutions

Continuous development of existing software products and adaptation to new requirements / standards

Active participation in the development process of the agile team

Quality assurance measures such as software tests and code reviews
-
Developing a pioneering role in the area of technology - integration of AI into our products

Proactively challenge and encourage team members to achieve the common vision
Your core competencies:
-
Strong proficiency in programming languages and frameworks, particularly Python, with extensive experience using AI libraries. Familiarity with testing methodologies, microservices architecture, and vector databases is essential.

Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI ecosystem’s (eg GitHub copilot, Claude-Code….) including practical use of related Python libraries. Ability to implement, fine-tune, and optimize AI models for various applications.

Proficient in using development tools and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Git) to ensure efficient workflow and collaboration.

Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to technical discussions.

Experience with microservices and containers

Cloud experience especially with Amazon Web Services / Microsoft Azure

Salary: In accordance with Austrian legal requirements, the minimum salary for this position is EUR 4611,-- gross per month under the applicable IT Collective Agreement. The actual salary is typically higher and will be determined individually based on your qualifications, professional experience, and the specific requirements of the role.
