Delivery Manager „Pension Fund" (f/m/x)
As a Delivery Manager at Raiffeisen Group IT GmbH, you are accountable for the end-to-end IT delivery of product streams for our client Valida. You ensure that business priorities are translated into scalable IT solutions that align with strategy, architecture, and operational excellence. Acting as a strong partner to Business Owners and Product Owners, you drive delivery, foster transparency, and create measurable impact. Together with the Agile Delivery Pension Fund leadership team, you shape the engineering and operational excellence of tomorrow.
Your mission:
- Leading a Team: You will lead approximately 10 people, guiding them through the implementation and continuous improvement of processes.
- Driving Agile Excellence: You foster the continuous improvement of agile processes and methods, leveraging modern tools and practices to increase efficiency and productivity.
- End-to-End Responsibility: You take ownership of "Change-the-Bank" and "Run-the-Bank" for the Pension Fund Applications, ensuring operational stability while driving innovation.
- Further Development of Existing Software: You oversee the modernization and enhancement of current systems, ensuring they align with current business and technical requirements.
- Cloud Competence: You actively promote the adoption of cloud technologies and modern IT architecture, enabling scalable and future-proof solutions while supporting the team with your DevOps-oriented mindset.
Your core competencies:
- Professional Experience: You have experience as a Senior Developer, Software Architect with project management skills and are now ready to take on leadership responsibilities.
- Agile Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of agile software development, practices, and methods.
- Technical Proficiency: A solid understanding of software engineering, including modern software architectures, cloud technologies, and best practices for scalable and efficient solutions.
- Leadership Skills: You possess the ability to lead, motivate, and guide teams through change and transformation processes.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, resilience, conflict resolution abilities, and a high level of customer and service orientation are among your core strengths.
- Language Skills: You have very good German and English language skills, enabling effective collaboration in a multicultural environment.
