We are seeking a Delivery Manager who is responsible for the implementation of a new software solution for our client Valida. Together with your team, you will be responsible for the digitalization of the core processes of the employee pension fund from front to back with a high level of automation.

 

Together with your superior, the Head of Agile Delivery Pension Fund, you will be responsible for the agile transformation of your team and will introduce methods such as Scrum and Kanban. You will actively support your team in applying and improving these processes. Through continuous improvement, you will promote self-organization and flexibility within the team. Your goal is to embed the agile mindset throughout the entire team.


Your mission:  

  • Leading a team of approx. 10 people
  • Responsibility for the implementation of the pension solution "Vorsorgekasse"
  • Encouraging the continuous improvement of agile processes and methods to increase efficiency and productivity
  • End-to-end responsibility for "Change-the-Bank and Run-the-Bank" for the application "Vorsorgekasse"


Your core competencies:  

  • You have professional experience as a Senior Developer or Project Manager and are now looking to take on leadership responsibilities 
  • Comprehensive knowledge of agile software development, practices, and methods 
  • Solid understanding of software engineering 
  • Leadership skills 
  • Strong communication skills, resilience, conflict resolution abilities, and a high level of customer and service orientation are among your strengths 
  • Very good German and English skills
