IT Operations Specialist (f/m/x)
As an IT Operations Specialist at Raiffeisen Group IT GmbH you will work hands-on. You implement technical solutions, oversee processes and develop improvements.
Your mission:
- Administration and optimization of AppLocker and Windows Defender to comply with security policies
- Ongoing support of Windows Server operating systems and SQL Server databases
- Creation and enforcement of Group Policies (GPOs), as well as management of permissions in Active Directory
- Administration of end devices using Intune in combination with WSUS Server
- Configuration and management of virtual machines and hypervisors with, for example, VMware, Hyper-V, or KVM
- Identification and implementation of technical solutions, particularly with a focus on IT architecture, to support business objectives
- Monitoring of security measures and policies, as well as compliance with requirements
- Planning, optimization, and execution of deployment processes on GitHub
Your core competencies:
- Proficiency in managing Windows and SQL servers
- Familiarity and experience with deployment processes on GitHub
- In-depth knowledge of managing Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policies
- Experience with managing Linux servers and environments
- Knowledge of VM virtualization technologies
- Understanding of Zero Trust solutions
