Java Fullstack Developer (f/m/x)
Our team develops and supports the document solutions (product sheets, marketing documents, legal documents) of Raiffeisen Capital Management, the leading fund company in Austria and fund competence center of the Raiffeisen Bank International Group.
We aim to deliver the "Best in Class Document Solutions" and rely on innovative cloud technologies to do so.
We have already achieved initial successes on the path to cloudification of our products. We want to build on these successes and implement further solutions for all customer groups with end-to-end responsibility.
Your mission

New development of containerized solutions

Continuous development of existing software products and adaptation to new requirements/standards

Active participation in the development process of the agile team

Quality assurance measures such as software tests and code reviews
-
Developing a pioneering role in the area of technology - for us, this also includes the integration of AI into our products

Proactively challenge and encourage team members to achieve the common vision
Your skills
-
Completed IT education (HTL, technical college, university) or several years of professional experience in the field of software development
-
Sound knowledge of programming languages/frameworks: Java, Spring, Spring Boot
-
Knowledge of frontend technologies like JSF/Angular
-
Practical experience with web services (Rest API) and databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle)

Knowledge of relevant development tools and CI/CD pipelines (JIRA, Confluence, GIT, Maven)
-
Experience with AI-assisted software development tools and the ability to critically review, test and validate AI-generated code
-
Basic understanding of Generative AI concepts such as prompt engineering, Large Language Models, Retrieval-Augmented Generation and responsible AI usage

Good command of English
Nice to have

Cloud experience especially with Amazon Web Services / Microsoft Azure

Experience with microservices and containers (Docker)

Experience with the development of office applications

Knowledge and practical application of the Python programming language

Experience with GitHub Actions

Hands-on experience integrating AI capabilities into software products, e.g. via LLM APIs, semantic search, embeddings or AI service orchestration

Salary: In accordance with Austrian legal requirements, the minimum salary for this position is EUR 3954,-- gross per month under the applicable IT Collective Agreement. The actual salary is typically higher and will be determined individually based on your qualifications, professional experience, and the specific requirements of the role.
