Junior Developer (f/m/x) (Frontend/Backend) with AI Skills

We are seeking a Junior Developer (f/m/x) in the banking product area, skilled in development and capable of analyzing business requirements to deliver effective solutions. The ideal candidate is passionate about AI and adept at using it to accelerate and improve development processes.

 

Your mission:

 

  • Responsible for end-to-end development tasks as a Full Stack Developer, including client coordination, implementation, testing and application delivery.
  • Develop, improve and maintain frontend and backend systems, batch jobs and APIs
  • Use AI technologies to accelerate feature development and create prototypes for solution migrations.
  • Operate within an international agile team 

 

Your core competencies:

 

  • Experience in software development using Angular, Java and Python
  • Adaptability and a strong passion for integrating AI into development processes.
  • Pro-active, creative attitude and team orientation
  • Structured working approach and problem-solving skills
  • Very good communication skills in both German and English

 

Nice to Have:

 

  • Knowledge in .NET, SQL Server, PostgreSQL
  • Experience with Docker and containerization technologies
  • Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence for agile project management.

  • Salary: In accordance with Austrian legal requirements, the minimum salary for this position is EUR 3104,-- gross per month under the applicable IT Collective Agreement. The actual salary is typically higher and will be determined individually based on your qualifications, professional experience, and the specific requirements of the role.
