Quality Engineer (f/m/x)

Your mission:

Drive and promote Quality Strategy across feature teams
Coach teams on QA best practices and continuous improvement
Refine quality standards for development processes
Expand test coverage (manual and automated)
Maintain test documentation (test plans, cases, evidence)
Coordinate UAT sessions with business users and verify release readiness
Optimize release processes through automation and quality checks

Your core competencies:

Several years of practical experience in Software Testing
Proactive team player with strong collaboration skills
Solid knowledge of Git or other Version Control Systems
Experience with Test Automation Tools (e.g., Playwright, Robot, Cypress)
API Testing experience (Postman, SoapUI)
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Agile environments
Understanding of SDLC and DevOps methodologies
Good communication skills in English

Nice-to-have:

German skills
ISTQB certification
Java experience
