Quality Engineer (f/m/x)

Your mission:
- Drive and promote Quality Strategy across feature teams
- Coach teams on QA best practices and continuous improvement
- Refine quality standards for development processes
- Expand test coverage (manual and automated)
- Maintain test documentation (test plans, cases, evidence)
- Coordinate UAT sessions with business users and verify release readiness
- Optimize release processes through automation and quality checks
Your core competencies:
- Several years of practical experience in Software Testing
- Proactive team player with strong collaboration skills
- Solid knowledge of Git or other Version Control Systems
- Experience with Test Automation Tools (e.g., Playwright, Robot, Cypress)
- API Testing experience (Postman, SoapUI)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Agile environments
- Understanding of SDLC and DevOps methodologies
- Good communication skills in English
Nice-to-have:
- German skills
- ISTQB certification
- Java experience
