IT Service Manager - IT Delivery CEO Services (f/m)

IT Delivery CEO Services team is responsible for providing end-to-end services and innovations for business areas such as Human Resources, Regulatory Affairs, Marketing and Group Digital Banking. Our team is committed to deliver results in close cooperation with our business partners in RBI and Network Banks. The basis of our success lies in a team of cross-functional specialists (Application Managers, Business Analysts) and agile delivery of services and innovations using internal, external and nearshore cooperation partners.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a highly motivated, ambitious and service-oriented team player, who feels comfortable in ensuring sustainable excellence of the IT service delivery, supporting and challenging of Business departments.

What you can expect:
  • Operating Business Relationship management for internal divisions (RBI HO and NWUs) as well as to Network Banks 
  • Managing and providing services to the relevant business customers according to specified service level
  • Managing SLAs, contracts and budgets of assigned services
  • Ensuring the proper use of Incident, Problem & Change Management processes and tools 
  • Escalation and reporting on management level
  • Responsible for Service Level- and Performance Management
  • Ensuring that outsourced services meet customer requirements
  • Establishing and maintaining roadmap for assigned services
  • Defining, describing and maintaining the IT Infrastructure service catalog
  • Responsible for customer feedback and customer surveys
  • Ensuring quality of service by aligning and monitoring relevant KPIs

What you bring to the table:
  • University degree in a technical and/or commercial field of study (e.g. (business) informatics, business administration with a focus on information management and/or banking) or proven, comparable qualification
  • 5+ years of experience in business or IT department, preferable in the financial services industry
  • Hands-on experience in managing outsourced IT Services in a retained organization
  • Very good IT Service Management and ITIL knowledge based on best practice methodology
  • High level of initiative and persistence
  • Very good general IT knowledge (Client & Collaboration, Network & Hosting services)
  • Good understanding of banking products and the IT landscape of a bank
  • Knowledge of General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)  is an advantage
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Demonstrate a strong grasp of both business and technology issues
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a changing environment
  • Ability to work within an agile environment
  • Good communication and presentation skills and an excellent command of English and German
