Service Level Manager (f/m)

We are looking for a Service Level Manager (f/m) with strong IT service management capabilities for technology services in our Group IT-Governance and Organisation department. You will manage the outsourced IT infrastructure services in the areas of SLAs, KPIs, steering and reporting for RBI, its subsidiaries and supported network banks (NWBs). You will be responsible for the interfaces towards the technology service managers of our providers enabling the steering of IT services in close cooperation with our major IT infrastructure provider Raiffeisen Informatik, RBI´s subsidiaries and network banks in Austria and CEE.  

What you can expect:
  • Responsible for managing the service level and performance of IT infrastructure/technology services
  • Organisation and participation in IT service boards (SLA review meetings, etc.)
  • Alignments concerning IT operation processes and for IT sourcing management processes
  • Responsible for developing and maintaining strong and trustful relationships with stakeholders and technology partners
  • Ensure alignment and quality of product and service descriptions
  • Ensure compliance to our IT Process Framework
  • Validate service delivery for contracted and invoiced services

What you bring to the table:
  • Academic (university) degree in a technical and/or commercial field of study (e.g. business informatics, business administration with a focus on information management and/or banking) or proven, comparable qualification
  • Certified in IT service management frameworks (e.g. ITIL, COBIT)
  • Expert know-how in IT service management and IT governance of outsourced services
  • Knowledge of financial and legal aspects
  • Ability to establish and maintain successful relationships
  • Excellent command of English and German
  • Advanced communication skills (esp. conflict, critical observation)
  • Service orientated, problem solving, well-structured and hands-on approach
