Associate Investor Relations (f/m)

The Analyst answers questions from the financial community, retail investors and other stakeholders, produces presentations, manages the Group Investor Relations email account and supports the Head of Group Investor Relations Department and the Senior Analysts. The Analyst supports the production of various publications, as well as at analyst and investor events, and participates in international road shows and investor conferences as supporting representative.

What you can expect:
  • Respond to enquiries from debt and equity analysts as well as investors, and provide support to management
  • Analyze and summarize debt and equity reports
  • Take responsibility for communication with selected analysts and investors
  • Participate in international road shows and investor conferences as supporting representative
  • Preparation of analyses for internal use on diverse capital market-related topics
  • Assist with the consensus production and for benchmarking and peer group analysis
  • Monitor and analyze external market information using Bloomberg and Reuters
  • Prepare and support the publication of internal and external presentations and speaker notes for the financial community
  • Management of shareholder and debt holder structure, support in investor targeting activities
  • Management of Group Investor Relations email account
  • Responsibility for the Investor Relations website
  • Support the organization of conference calls and AGM as well as Investor events
  • Administration of roadshow calendar including organization of roadshows and investor conferences
  • Support Head of IR Department and provide back-up for Senior Analysts and other colleagues
  • Participation in confidential ad hoc projects such as communication of acquisitions, equity capital raising, funding programs and debt issuances

What you bring to the table:
  • Master’s degree (Mag. or Mag. (FH) or equivalent) in business administration, accounting or finance, CFA
  • Native German with advanced English skills
  • First professional experience in banking, consulting, investor relations, or accounting
  • Financial background and knowledge of IFRS
  • Knowledge and previous experience in the banking sector desirable
  • Willingness to travel
  • Strong work ethic and teamplayer attitude
  • Absolute integrity and a high degree of service orientation
  • Ability to work under time pressure in a fast pace environment, in a reliable and accurate manner
