Lead Transformation and Workforce Management Austria & Group (f/m/d)

The Lead Transformation and Workforce Management Austria & Group reports directly to the Core IT Lead, ensures adequate capabilities in IT and is accountable for skill development of internal workforce in accordance with RBI´s vision/mission/values.

What you can expect:
  • You ensure strategic management of the IT workforce
  • You define future-proof roles, skills and capabilities in IT considering current and future demand
  • You analyse and map IT workforce demand and supply, identify gaps and develop adequate measures to close the gaps in close cooperation with HR
  • You manage capacities and capabilities available in different countries/technology hubs and ensure adequate location strategy
  • You develop training programs and talent management programs and align the curricula with RBI’s strategic requirements
  • You plan trainings and enablement measures, select suitable trainers/trainings and track the impact of those
  • You support the IT transformation programs (potentially also on-site) including ongoing reporting and progress tracking

What you bring to the table:
  • University degree in a commercial and/or technical field of study or proven comparable qualification
  • Familiar with the IT industry trends and up-to-date with the latest training offers in the area of IT
  • Strongly convinced and passionate about the IT transformation
  • Experience in agile methods and agile environments
  • Banking know-how and knowledge of key IT systems used in banking environments of advantage
  • Exceptional leadership skills: team player, demonstrated agile leadership competencies
  • Strong interpersonal skills: passion for service, self-motivated, needing minimal supervision
  • Great analytical skills: ability to conceptualize unstructured/raw data and information as well as to derive actionable solutions and strategies
  • Strong communication skills: both written and verbal, particularly strong ability to listen
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Role model for RBI Values (Collaboration, Proactivity, Learning, Responsibility)
