IT Strategy & Solutions Specialist (w/m/d)

Our unit IT Strategy & Solutions Task Force translates RBI’s vision and mission into strategic goals within IT and serves the Core IT Lead, other IT functions and the COO area in structuring and assessing priorities and strategic topics.

What you can expect:

  • Contribution to the definition of Group IT strategy
  • Definition of Group IT blueprint with special focus on lifecycle analysis
  • Collection and documentation of strategic business requirements and defining strategy for IT
  • Preparation and presentation of IT strategic issues on Group management level
  • Identification and promotion of best practices
  • Management of relationships with local and network bank stakeholders
  • Realization of market analytics and customer analytics related to IT & new technologies
  • Contribution to Group IT budgeting process on Group and network bank level

What you bring to the table:

  • Minimum of 4 years in a consultative or implementational IT role
  • Broad knowledge of IT technology and trends
  • Experience in dealing with new technologies (e.g. digital, open banking, cloud solutions, DLT/blockchain)
  • Experience in strategic projects related to new technologies (e.g. new solutions design, vendor selection, solution implementation)
  • Ability to compose materials for decision makers, very good PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • IT experience in a multicultural environment
  • Good understanding of banking technology architecture and strategy
  • Very good command of English (mandatory), German or an other CEE language would be a plus
