Linux Admin for Agile Delivery Credit Risk (f/m/d) 

Agile Delivery Credit Risk Unit is responsible for providing specified end-to-end IT services to the
relevant business customers and user base according to specified service level agreements.
In order to strengthen our IT team in Credit Risk we are looking for an ambitious and service-oriented person who feels comfortable with technical challenges as well as with Business requests. Since we are continuously extending the functionality, you will contribute to respective projects as well.

What you can expect:
  • Linux Server Administration
  • LDAP user management 
  • Continuous Integration
  • Contributes to Credit Risk Projects with special focus on Linux Servers and AWS Cloud
  • Involvement in all aspects of software development lifecycle, maintenance, customization and support of mission critical system (“Moody’s RiskAuthority Platform”)
  • Continuously improvement of already well-established agile methodology/environment
  • Participates in daily Stand-up’s, Sprint-Planning’s, Sprint Review/Demo Sessions, Retrospective’s, Knowledge Sharing Sessions  
  • Perform high quality testing and documentation of development activities
  • Working in an environment with using tools like Jira, Confluence, GIT/SVN, CHEF, Jenkins, Docker, AWS, etc…
  • First level support for technical issues and incident handling
  • Once a month Standby

What you bring to the table:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business or IT department, preferable in the financial services industry
  • Outstanding Experience with Linux Server (additional Windows Server beneficiary)
  • Outstanding Experience in Process Automation (e.g. Jenkins)
  • Understanding of relational database technologies beneficiary (esp. Oracle)
  • Hands-on database development skills including SQL programming beneficiary
  • Understanding of ETL technologies beneficiary
  • Experience in any of these areas would be a plus: RWA calculation, Basel II/III, financial concepts, structured products and derivatives
  • Team player, service orientation, high level of commitment and motivation
  • Analytical, result-oriented and structured way of working even in hectic times
  • Used to work in agile/adaptive Setup’s
  • Fluent knowledge of English; German is appreciated, but not mandatory
